Euzena Consumer Health Data Notice
Version 3.0 · Effective October 19, 2026
This notice is for people who tell Euzena about their health. It explains what consumer health data we collect, why, where it comes from, who receives it, and your rights.
What we collect. Information you choose to give Euzena about your physical or mental health: for example symptoms, conditions, medications, weight, diet, exercise or sleep, and goals you set about them; and what Euzena's answers say about it. If you use the microphone, we also process the recording and the resulting text, which may contain health information. Your submitted self-discovery answers and proposed questions, summaries or Journeys may contain health information too.
Why. If you give the separate health information consent at sign-in, to answer your questions and help you plan and follow the goals you set, as you ask; if you use the microphone, to turn your speech into text in the field you choose; and during self-discovery, to prepare follow-up questions, a proposed summary and possible Journeys for you to review.
Where it comes from. From you, in your conversations, goals, notes, microphone recordings and submitted self-discovery answers; and from the questions and proposals Euzena prepares from those answers.
Who receives it. The companies that host our server and database, and the AI services that write Euzena's answers, turn recordings into text if you use the microphone, or prepare questions and suggestions if you choose model help during self-discovery; Google, if you connect your calendar and an event Euzena writes for you mentions your health; and the company that forwards mail sent to contact@euzena.com, if you email us about your health. The companies that work for us receive it under a contract with us. We share it with no one else, except when the law requires it or to protect someone from serious harm, and we have no affiliates that receive it. If you email contact@euzena.com, we will tell you the names of these companies.
Your consent. At sign-in, we ask separately from our Terms whether you agree to Euzena using health information you share for AI answers, self-discovery and optional dictation, including sending it to the outside AI services named here. The box starts unticked. Euzena cannot tell health information apart from the rest of what you write or say, so it treats questions, microphone recordings and submitted self-discovery answers as possibly health information. If you leave the box unticked, Euzena's answers, microphone dictation and model help during self-discovery stay off. Nothing you write or say is sent to an AI service until you give that consent. Choosing a depth or saving an answer does not grant it. You can stop future AI use in Permissions at any time. From then on Euzena sends no new content for the purpose you withdrew. A question, recording or self-discovery request already sent cannot be called back. Withdrawing does not delete what you already shared. You can delete your notes and conversations, or your account, as section 9 of our Privacy Notice describes.
Your rights. You can see the health information we hold about you, get a list of the companies that received it, and have it deleted. Copies that deletion does not reach are listed in section 9 of our Privacy Notice. Write to contact@euzena.com. We answer within one month. If we decline, you can ask us to reconsider by replying, and if you live in Washington you can also contact the Washington State Attorney General.
Changes. We tell you about changes to this notice as section 15 of our Privacy Notice describes.
